Would you explain why the 2/5 stars? Based off of your review, I don't understand why the rating is so low. Would you also be more specific on why this platform is not complex enough for a group practice? The whole review is very vague. Also, what are you using now, and what specifically makes it superior?

Thank you for sharing. I got scammed by my Motive "Account Manager". Like you, I made it clear that I wasn't sure if I would need the eld for very long, wasn't looking for a commitment, and was assured that this wasn't a problem. It wasn't a problem until I got passed on to Billing where I was informed that I couldn't send the eld back to them and I was in a two year contract. WHAT?! I usually read things thoroughly, but I somehow overlooked the ending date of 2025 on the paperwork. When I inquired about cancelling, they wanted a payoff of $300 to get out of the contract. I put a stop payment on my credit card and filed a dispute with our credit card company. They said Motive has to prove I used/am using the product in order for them to get payment. Now there is a collection agency trying to collect on the same scam. I will now do all I can to fight them.

No one really (yet) believes that AI can serve customers better. We've all had so-called AI bots inflicted on us and 99% of the time the bots cannot resolve any issues and the answers they supply are laughable. Such a huge waste of customers' time. It's easy for Shep Hyken to urge AI since every company wants to cut costs, but a company will lose customers if they implement AI without making sure the customer's experience is good. Mr Hyken himself should spend time himself experiencing actual AI implementations so he can see that the vast majority are angering customers since they were implemented merely to try to get the complaining customers to go away rather than resolve their issue and retain them. Saying what AI could do is far different than actually making it work. I'm a huge believer in AI, but only if it's implemented properly, and in the customer service realm, it hasn't been.

I prefer the ease of navigation, what is your go to database for intent to purchase leads that is also cost effective?

Excel: Power Query, Power Pivot? If you aren't working with mountains of data it's probably has more database functionality than most people are ever going to need.
